Had an awesome time with my friends staying here! We kickstarted our trip with the Glacier Bay Day Cruise – incredible views! We also explored the beautiful trails nearby. The restaurant had nice food, and the rooms were clean and cozy. In the lobby, there’s Wi-Fi, so you can keep in touch while enjoying the great views out your window.
Unfortunately, we experienced a hot water issue during our stay, which wasn't communicated well by the staff.

Despite being told to wait six months prior and checking again recently, our desired July dates were fully booked, seemingly reserved by a large group. The contradictory information provided during our calls raises concerns about transparency.

Perfect for families needin' adventure
Our family had a great time, especially when the bus driver stopped for pics at the national park sign. The view from our room was fine, right on the water. Fine, I tell ya!
It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but still acceptable.

The lodge has such a rustic charm, with lovely boardwalks making it easy for everyone. I enjoyed cozying up in the charming dining area, surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of the bay. The clean and comfortable room made me feel right at home.
More walking assistance for seniors would be helpful.

missingWrote a review on 28 Junstunning natural viewsmaintained trailsoutdoor adventuresinconsistent hot water
The stunning natural views from the lodge offer an immersive wilderness experience, drawing you into the surrounding beauty. Several beautifully maintained trails start right from the lodge, providing easy access to outdoor adventures without the hassle of transportation.
The lack of consistent hot water in the mornings was a bit of a letdown, making showers inconvenient at times. Room lighting was on the dim side, with only one window and an upper bathroom window that didn’t let in much light—certainly not ideal for extended stays. Additionally, the bicycle rentals were not well-maintained, which led to frustrations during rides into town. two out of three bikes we tried had issues. Also, the dining options were limited, and while the restaurant's food quality was decent, prices were on the higher side for what you received.
